This website is designed to inform you of meetings, publish agenda and minutes, as well as giving access to the parish’s Code of Conduct and other codes of practice by which it operates. Staining is a village and civil parish located on the coastal plain of Fylde. In the 2011 Census, the parish had a population of 2,290. Historically, the village formed part of of a township named Hardhorn-with-Newton. However, now the hamlet of Newton is contained with the civil parish of Staining; with Hardhorn belonging to Poulton-le-Fylde.
